At Royal Comfort, we consider the personal information of our customers, suppliers and distributors to be something that needs to be protected. Below you will find out how Royal Comfort s.r.o., company ID No.: 291 56 173, with registered office at Na Florenci 1332/23, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 326413, approaches the protection of the personal data of its customers, suppliers, distributors or other data subjects.
The protection of privacy and the processing of personal data is a priority for Royal Comfort, the processing of personal data is considered strictly confidential and personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
1. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process personal data in relation to data subjects for the following purposes and on the basis of the following legal grounds:
– performance of the contractual relationship - negotiation of the conclusion, change or performance of the contract, processing of the order, handling of the complaint, answering your questions;
– compliance with legal obligations - obligations within the meaning of accounting and tax legislation, as well as providing data and information to law enforcement authorities or other public authorities in accordance with the relevant legislation;
– the legitimate interest of Royal Comfort - protection of the rights and legally protected interests of the controller, sending commercial communications; Royal Comfort is entitled to process the e-mail address or telephone number of its customers within the meaning of Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services and on amendments to certain acts (Act on certain information society services), as amended, for the purpose of disseminating commercial communications relating to its own products or services in the event that the customer did not initially refuse such transmission;
– Your consent - offering products and services in connection with the processing of customers' personal data supplemented by purchase history (e.g. overview of orders, purchased goods and visited pages within the Royal Comfort online shop at https://www.royalcomfort.cz/).
2. THE SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA SUBJECT TO PROCESSING
We process only the necessary data in relation to our customers. We do this in order to provide the best service and offer the best quality goods. Specifically, this includes the following data - name, surname, address, billing address, VAT number, telephone number, e-mail address, CCTV images.
In relation to our suppliers, distributors or other business partners, we may additionally process the following personal data - title, delivery or other contact address, data box ID, bank connection.
3. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is safe with us and you can be sure that we never sell it to anyone. Personal data is only disclosed to authorised employees of Royal Comfort or to individual processors and data controllers, and only to the extent necessary to fulfil the individual purposes of the processing. The aim of these collaborations is to provide the best and most relevant services only to you. Service providers may only use the data thus obtained on the basis of a data transfer agreement or data processing agreement between such recipients and Royal Comfort. Such recipients include, in particular, Royal Comfort's legal representatives, providers of information and communication systems, technical infrastructure (e.g. IT services) and others. Royal Comfort will provide further information or a list of recipients upon request.
4. STORAGE PERIOD AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is protected from disclosure to unauthorized persons and from other instances of disclosure or loss or unauthorized modification of said personal data and information using appropriate technical and organizational measures.
The retention times with regard to the individual processing purposes are in particular as follows:

5. SPECIAL PROVISIONS IN CASE OF REGISTRATION
When purchasing goods through an online shop operated on a website located at https://www.royalcomfort.cz/, you have the option to register to simplify future transactions. By registering, you acknowledge that Royal Comfort is entitled to process your personal data in addition to the information provided during registration (name, surname, contact e-mail, telephone number, billing data, project name, title if applicable) for the purpose of fulfilling the contractual obligations arising from the purchase agreement.
If you consent to your personal data, to the extent specified in the order or registration form, being supplemented by your purchase history (e.g. a summary of orders, goods purchased and pages visited within Royal Comfort's online shop at the above web address) and the history of pages visited on the site, Royal Comfort will use this data for the purpose of identifying your shopping preferences and interests and subsequently to offer you business and services, for a period of time until such consent is withdrawn.
