TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2023 COMPETITIONS

1. Introductory provisions

The organizer of the competition is Royal Comfort s .r.o., Na Florenci 1332/23, Prague 1, ID: 29156173. The competition is intended for persons over 18 years of age with permanent residence in the Czech Republic, who are legally capable of performing legal acts. The competition is organised on the organiser's website www.royalcomfort.cz or on the Facebook page of Royal Comfort CR https://www.facebook.com/KingKoilCz/.
Employees of Royal Comfort s.r.o. and persons close to them are excluded from participation in the competition.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the rules during the competition, especially the duration of the competition.
By participating in the competition, all entrants agree to abide by these rules.

2. Participation in the competition

In order to participate in the competition (to be entered into the final draw) you must meet the following conditions:

• fill in the registration form at https://eshop.royalcomfort.cz/registrace/ and participate in the competition on the Royal Comfort Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/KingKoilCz/ or meet the conditions of the competition which are specified in the specific assignment
• when filling in the registration form, provide all the required information truthfully, failure to fill in any information is a reason for non-recognition of participation in the competition
• answer the competition question
• each contestant can participate only once, duplicate answers will not be entered into the draw

3. Drawing of winners

The draw of the winners will take place no later than the 15th day of the month following the end of the competition. Each contestant can win only one prize.
Winners will be notified by email to the address they provide on the competition form and by posting on the company's website and Facebook pages. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the draw, their prize will be forfeited without refund.
The organiser reserves the right to make final decisions in disputed cases.

The organizer is not responsible for technical problems related to the delivery of answers.
Only responses received are acceptable for processing.

4. Privacy Policy

The competition organiser declares that it will use the personal data provided only for the time necessary for the purpose stated in the consent to the processing of personal data and will not disclose it to another entity or other party.
Due to the legal regulation of the Personal Data Protection Act, a contestant who meets the conditions of the competition and who has not given consent to the processing of personal data cannot be published and notified
about a possible draw in the competition.
Other relations not expressly regulated by these rules are governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

The names of the winners will be published on www.royalcomfort.cz after the competition.
